Customers must send a quotation with a signature back to our team and customers can transfer a 50% deposit to book the bus immediately after our team confirmed that our bus queue is available and ready to serve.

Customers should book at least 2-3 weeks in advance before traveling to book a bus queue.

If there are customers whose travel dates have changed,
please notify our team as soon as possible to check available buses.

If customers wish to cancel, please notify our team as soon as possible. We have the following cancellation guidelines: 

  1. In the event of cancellation within 4 days prior to the departure date.
  2. In case of cancellation within 1-3 days before the departure date, customers will have a penalty of 50% of the total.
  3. In the event of cancellation of departure date, customers will be charged 100% in full.
