OUR STANDARD AND SAFETY
Our mission is to ensure that every customer’s journey with us is as smooth and safe as possible.
We go beyond just meeting safety standards.
The standards set by the Department of Transportation of Thailand are not sufficient for our safety requirements. DASH MV holds a higher standard for all of our buses. We use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for repairs and maintenance, and we have a system in place to predict and prevent any potential accidents or malfunctions. We have also created a culture of safety among all of our team members who drive the buses.

01
DRIVER UNIFORM
All drivers must dress professionally and be ready to serve customers to create a positive image for our employees.
02
ALCOHOL TESTING
Before departing to pick up customers, every driver must have their alcohol content measured using machinery that meets DOT/NHTSA standards.
03
TRAIN FOR DRIVERS
We provide regular training for our employees to ensure consistent driving quality and maintain our safety standards.
We conduct daily inspections before the first pick up.
DASH MV’s team performs a daily checkup on each vehicle before it starts operating, and also thoroughly cleans the inside and outside of every bus. Additionally, all drivers are inspected for alcohol and drug use.
Why is a single-decker bus necessary?
Single-decker buses are the safest option for travel. The center of gravity is much lower, making the vehicle more stable at high speeds on the highway and less likely to tip over on mountainous roads in northern Thailand. While some may argue that double-decker buses can hold more passengers, they are seven times more dangerous than single-decker buses.
Driver safety and service training
We provide internal training for every driver. They must complete courses on customer service, safe driving, and emergency management, and pass tests on each topic to become one of our drivers.
Annual health check-up
We conduct an annual health checkup for all of our drivers. Additionally, we have a system in place to identify and screen out drivers with higher health risks using a scoring system.
